Good news! You're not actually locked out of Canvas, but have been automatically redirected to a page you don't have access to.
Not to worry! This happens from time to time, and unfortunately we're not able to stop that redirect process, but all you have to do is can click Dashboard or Courses on the left navigation menu to access your Canvas resources as normal. This will route you back to content within Canvas that you do have the permissions to see, so your access will no longer be denied.

If you don't see a navigation menu on the left please click the three horizontal bars on the left of your screen.
