Password Recovery is a feature within ClassLink that will allow students and parents to reset passwords for student resources securely.
Once you're signed in, please follow the steps below to set up password recovery. If you are locked out and have not yet set up your password recovery, please reach out to your Learning Success Coach or IT Support at [email protected].

| Select Recovery: Don't be alarmed if it says disabled, when you click the option of your choice it will walk you through setting it up which will enable it. |

| Select the recovery option of your choice. The options are: a. Mobile Phone– enter the phone number you would like reset instructions sent, if needed b. Email – enter the email address you would like to reset instructions sent, if needed. Please do not use your school email address. If you don't have access to ClassLink you won't have access to your student email. c. Security Question – Select 3 questions and provide a secure answer. If reset is needed you will be prompted to provide the correct answer to one of these questions. These answers will be case sensitive. You can set up more than one. |
