First, you'll want to be certain you're signing in at the correct website and using a web browser to login and not an app.
Students should login with our ClassLink portal at student.asuprep.org and will know if you're at the correct site if the background is maroon with a gold pitchfork.
Remember, you cannot login to resources like Canvas directly, you'll always start at ClassLink. If your page is blue or asks you to search for your school, you are not at the right site. Here is what the correct site looks like.
Remember, your username is all lowercase and does not include the @asuprep.org information. It is the username portion only.
If the last password you remember doesn't work, the fastest way to reset your password is to click the link below the blue box that says 'Help, I forgot my password' and follow the prompts. This option will only work if you set up your password recovery previously.
