Tickets/Email:
Students and families can create a ticket directly with IT Support by emailing [email protected]. You can email us from any personal or school email address. If you’re logged into the support portal, you can also submit a ticket directly.
Live Chat:
For quick questions, Live Chat is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (Arizona time, excluding holidays). You don’t need to be logged in—simply visit www.asuprepdigital.org and click Chat in the lower right corner, then select IT. If you’re logged into the support portal, you can also start a chat from your support dashboard.
Text Support:
Need support quickly? You can text 602-737-2242 to reach our live chat team, available during the same hours as Live Chat. While texting can be convenient, please remember it may be harder to share screenshots or join a support call if you’re not on the device with the issue.
Voice Calls:
IT Support does not have a direct phone line, but we’re happy to set up a Zoom meeting if a voice call is needed. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange it!
