Guardians can change most of their contact details on Infinite Campus directly. This information is also available in this Google Doc: Change User Details.

Address

Address changes require specific steps to be taken for verification. To review these steps, please start by clicking More from your dashboard, and then Address Information.

Email and Phone Number

Click More and then Family Information. You can update the contact details for your household members from this screen. Please do not alter the primary email address listed for any student. If you would like to have a personal email on file for your students please make sure it is listed as secondary.

Security Email

Your Security Email is the email address Infinite Campus uses to send you secure emails like password reset requests. This can be the same email you use for notifications, but does not have to be. Changing this email address will not change the email that notifications are sent to.

Click the User Menu in the upper right corner, then settings, then Account Settings.

Infinite Campus Password

If you would like to manually change your password go to User Menu in the upper right corner, then settings, then Account Settings and click Update next to password.

Infinite Campus requires a complex secure password. If you see a notice that your password has been identified as being part of a breach this means that your password is part of a list of passwords breached at other websites. Infinite Campus has not had a data breach, but it doesn’t allow any password from that breached password list to be used on their site for added security. Even if that password wasn’t tied to you in the past. If you are having trouble selecting a password Infinite Campus will allow, you can always use a resource like www.dinopass.com to generate a complex password.
