  1. Select setting icon from device menu

  1. Select Apps Icon from the window that opens.

  1. In Apps and Features window, locate Zoom.

  1. Select Zoom and select Uninstall Icon. wait for the Uninstall window to disappear. 

    * You will notice the Zoom icon disappear in the Apps & feature window.

  1. Open Google Chrome and in the address window type asu.zoom.us and hit enter. Scroll down if needed and select Download for Zoom. 

    Select the format appropriate for your device.

  1. Once downloaded is complete, click the installer in the bottom left corner of your browser window. Note: If prompted, allow Zoom to make changes to the device.

  1. Follow the prompts if given, once Zoom installs, it will give you the option to sign in.


  1. Click SSO and follow the prompts.
