Canvas notifications can be edited to your preference. It is important to note that each time you or your student begins new courses, course-specific notification settings may override the selections you've made previously. If you find you're suddenly getting more (or less) emails than you expected, please check your settings again.
Click Account > then click Notifications.
Your notification settings page will give you a number of options. Click the icon for each section to see what options you have for each activity.
